I'm thinking about creating a WBT game in Storyline that will make our employees aware of our company values. I want this to be a fun learning opportunity. Some of our values include: Fun Gets More Done, Do the Right Thing, In Us We Trust, Think with the End in Mind....
That sounds like a fun project! One thought is to earn badges that represent each value. Start by thinking about why your company values each of these. Then write a series of entertaining support scenarios where the learner has to make choices that demonstrate each value. Once they get 3 answers right for each topic, they earn a badge for that value. Or if you have a graphic that represents your values (such as 4 pillars), completion of each topic reveals a piece of the graphic.

Good luck!
If teamwork is a value then have four characters, one for each area that you can help through the quests.
i.e. in area one you have to help honest Henry navigate the waters of integrity bay
In area 2 you have to help budgeting Brenda climb the accounting mountain
And so on...
r.e.
Sorry, but what does WBT stand for?
WBT=Web Based Training
CBT= Computer Based Training
I think they have all pretty much come to equal "eLearning"
LOL, my brain must've been somewhere else this morning. Looked it up and all I could find was "Whole Brain Training".
Thanks everyone!
