Currently, content viewed in the iPad app will not be tracked or reported in an LMS. If you need to track the results of your LMS courses, it's recommended that you do not include the Articulate Mobile Player option when publishing.
If users are viewing content in a browser that does not support Flash and if you included HTML5 output, they'll see the HTML5 version of your course instead.
HTML5 content will be tracked and reported in your LMS. In fact, users will even be able to switch between the Flash and HTML5 versions of the content without losing their progress or results in the LMS.
We are working to support tracking and reporting in the Articulate Mobile Player with Tin Can. Be sure to subscribe to the Articulate Word of Mouth Blog to receive notifications when new updates and features, like Tin Can, become available.
I see in Brian's post above that Tin Can integration is in the works for the mobile player... any word on whether it is also in the works for Flash/HTML5 delivery?
