RISE send copy, custom label changes disappear!

HI, I am sending copies of Rise Templates, but the custom labels do not appear in the receiver's copy, they all revert to default. 

Is there a fix for this?

Is there another way to send a Rise Template, to avoid this rather frustrating and time consuming problem.

Hi Ange CM,

Happy to help!

Labels are an account resource meaning they don't get included when you send a copy of Rise 360 courses to other course authors. You'll want to follow the instructions here to make a label set that your colleagues can import into their accounts:

Note that you'll need to use a tool like Trados or Smartcat to translate the files properly, otherwise your colleagues won't be able to import them.

Yes, I had done that as per instructions, step-by-step and tested many times, but no joy.  I tried all methods. I really only need to create a new custom label set in English, but when that didn't work I tried the XLIFF route and still no joy.

UPDATE:   I am now  in contact with an Articulate support engineer. Thank you!
