Color palette

Hi everyone, 

I'm hoping someone can help.  In Storyline, I have created a color palette that contains our corporate colors.  This makes things much easier. When I am in my color selector for a shape or text, I simply specify that I want to use the proper palette and there are my colors.  See screenshot.

 I tried to replicate this with a colleague and simply cannot get it to work and I have done mine such a long time ago, I forget how I had done this.  We have tried creating new theme colors from the design tab but this is imply not working and behaving the same way it is in my Storyline.  In fact the new palette was not even appearing in my colleagues color selector.

Can someone help me figure out what I'm missing?
