A previous co-worker created a company clipboard in Storyline and it had our old logo on it. How do I switch that out? Do I need to create a whole new clipboard? See attachment. Just looking for a quick fix. Or can I just put the logo on top? It looks like it's a whole image.
It may be easiest to cover the old logo with a rectangle (white, no border) and then put your new company logo on top. Sometimes company logos are transparent png files, so the white rectange ensures no bleed through of the old logo.
That should do it. I will usually use logos as stand alone objects rather than create a new image with the logo as part of it. If the logo changes, you can simply swap the old logo with the new.

Perfect. I was thinking the same thing. Then all I have to do is export it for LMS and upload the new SCORM file?
