Reach 360: Manually Mark Completion?

Is it possible for the admin to manually change a learner's course status to complete?  (i.e., a learner completes the course but due to a network glitch, the status doesn't update)

Thanks for reaching out!

There isn't a way to manually mark learners as complete in Reach 360 but I can confirm that we have an open feature request for this enhancement. I've added your voice to the report so we can notify you as soon as it makes it to our product roadmap. 

If you run into any issues with reporting in the mean time, feel free to contact Reach 360's dedicated support team so they can help check the behavior!
