Agile is a project management technique. It is an iterative approach to designing and developing instructional design and training projects. Agile projects are completed in small sections called iterations. Each iteration is reviewed by stakeholders, and the information and feedback gathered in the review is implemented immediately and used to determine the next step of the project.
