Hello,
I have opened up a support ticket and was hoping to get a response. My case is #00803888: Chatbot case.
The response I received suggested I checkout this link: https://www.articulate.com/support/article/How-to-Install-Articulate-Storyline-360-Studio-360-and-Replay-360-on-a-Mac
upload the screenshots, which I've done.
It then suggested I upload screenshots to the link below, which I've done. I am also posting them on this email. https://www.articulate.com/support/upload/case?case
