I am having the same issue with Storyline where the Gif will insert but doesn't play. If I turn the GIF into a Video and import that way, the video loses the transparent background from the GIF and makes the GIF not work as intended.
Is there a fix for this or one in the works? What is the work around for using GIFs in storyline?
