I agree with Deborah. This seems like a very basic troubleshooting tool that should be included with the product. Especially since it was available in Articulate Studio. As the person who troubleshoots these issues for 175,000+ associates it's very frustrating when you can't see what is happening behind the scenes. I would rather have this "feature" available and deal with the suspend_data limit proactively.
- DeborahSeidman9 years agoCommunity MemberI don't have a problem with them compressing the data. I have a problem in their not releasing a tool to be able to look at the data. If they want to keep the routines close to their vest them they could simply publish a tool on their website like google translate. You paste something on the left and push a button to get uncompressed data on the right. If you edit what's on the right you should be able to click a button to translate it back to the left. Not supplying anything is the ultimate frustration.
