Thanks Bianca, I was able to submit it to the admins for review. Do all courses have to go through the admins to review?
- BWoods4 months agoFormer StaffYes. All courses need to be reviewed by an admin before they're made live in Reach 360: https://community.articulate.com/series/reach-360-user-guide/articles/reach-360-understanding-user-permissions
On the plus side, that admin review process is very fast. In a lot of cases, it's just a quick check to confirm the course has all the right completion settings and is assigned to the right learners (if needed): https://community.articulate.com/series/reach-360-user-guide/articles/reach-360-publish-training
Also, you can have separate Reach 360 and Articulate 360 admins. So, if you create a lot of courses and want to speed up your processes, one solution could be for you to get Admin access to just Reach 360. https://community.articulate.com/articles/articulate-360-managing-your-profile-and-account#manage-reach
