Great info!
I often record the screen while working through a process with a SME. It let's me concentrate on asking questions and learning while making a record of "the right way to do things".
This comes in handy as the basis for a simulation but also serves as a reference tool for the development team now and in the future. It also cuts down on additional "back-and-forth" communication to clarify things.
