One way to keep your e-learning project on track and ensure everyone is on the same page is to use an accountability matrix (or RASCI chart) to define the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved.
Alongside the RASCI chart is a GANTT chart, which allows you to make sure the accountable parties respect the defined timeline.
