In general e-learning courses are text and multimedia, so it's not surprising that how AI is used will be somewhat similar in other solutions. Kind of like how all cars have engines and tires.
What I like about what we're doing with Articulate 360 is that it's helping the course author work within the context of the authoring tool. For example, creating quiz questions and answers is one thing, but building them into the question block is another. Or when your SME gives you a bullet list and you convert that into a dynamic and interactive process interaction with no copying and pasting. Lots of really cool features to speed up production and help build more effective training.
