Great question.
That's correct. AI features will now be included whenever an Articulate 360 subscription renews. However, users can disable AI features if they'd like.
Account owners and primary admins have two options:
- Disable Articulate AI for the entire subscription or selected user Groups in the account dashboard. AI features will remain visible in Rise and Storyline, but they won’t function when clicked on.
- Request complete removal of Articulate AI from your subscription. In this case, AI features will be fully hidden in Rise and Storyline.
The first option is self-service. For complete removal, the account owner or primary admin must submit a request to [email protected]
