Great to see the community has been helping you understand Credits in Articulate 360 AI.
The updated dashboard is visible only to users whose subscription has Articulate AI enabled. I can confirm that AI features are fully enabled for you, so you do have access to AI tooling in Storyline.
Also, the 20,000 credits you're seeing were a one-time launch gift (20,000/seat, capped at 100,000/subscription). They only fuel Nova's two credit-gated features: AI Avatars and multi-format translation.
Please note that your subscription also has Articulate Localization enabled. This means that you'll continue to use Localization to translate your Rise and Storyline courses, as established in your plan terms. Translating new formats, such as training decks, interactive videos, and guides, uses credits.
