Not an excuse but by way of explanation for how this happened: at Articulate we draft articles like these well in advance of them being shared here on E-Learning Heroes using an internal documents tool called Notion. In the original draft, that quote was linked to another page in Notion. While we almost always catch and remove those links before posting, in this case we missed it. As far as I can tell, that text wasn't supposed to be linked at all, it was just an internal note for whoever was originally writing the article to see the quote. Genuinely appreciative of members like you who can help us catch errors when they do slip through.

Here's the replay link for you. My teammate who works on these let me know that typically this link should be sent along to anyone who registers for the webinar as a resource page, so I think that's probably the best bet moving forward is to just make sure you're registered to any webinar you want a replay of so that you can get the replay via email!
