We love collecting feedback from community members like you to improve our features and better support you as a course creator. This quarter, we’re evolving AI Course Drafts to give you more control over the duration of your course and launching Magic Import enhancements that preserve your source content without the hassle of copy-and-paste. Plus, we’re adding features that allow you to automatically sync objects to narration, adjust timelines by language, and so much more. With these new features, you’re sure to have even more control over how your course is built.

Rise

This quarter, Rise takes the lead with six new powerful features. Interested in features we’ve released in previous quarters? Check out the full list here: Rise Version History.

AI Images in Course Drafts

If you're loving AI Course Drafts, you'll be thrilled to hear that now you can generate more than just text. With just one click, AI Assistant automatically generates relevant images and places them directly into your draft. Instead of spending hours searching for images and manually uploading them, you get a fully illustrated course draft in seconds. Think of the time you’re going to save!

Hear what other E-Learning Heroes are saying about AI Images in Course Drafts:

“I really like the fact that image generation provides 4 options to choose from - almost like a graphic designer giving you design proofs to review and pick your fav. Definitely saves time with having to regenerate.”

AI Course Draft Durations

Courses aren’t one-size-fits-all, and we get that. You should be able to determine the duration of your course based on your learning objectives. Now you can! With this new feature, you can control the depth and detail of your training by selecting the course duration before you generate a draft. That way, the course content is more closely aligned with your learner needs.

Source Content Image Extraction

Uploading images one by one is so last quarter. Now, when you upload source material in Rise, images are automatically extracted and added to a file collection. Instead of spending hours manually inserting visuals block by block, you’ll have a ready-to-use pool of images to build from, making course creation faster and smoother. Goodbye, long hours of manual uploads! You won’t be missed.

Magic Import Enhancements

When you're working with pre-approved content that can’t be changed, there's often a lot of tedious copying and pasting involved. And that gets old… very fast. If that sounds familiar, we have good news: Now you can upload and convert documents into structured blocks, lessons, and quizzes while preserving your source content. It’s a faster way to reproduce approved material, without constantly hitting paste. Your keyboard will thank you.
