Pilot the new guides with a small group of facilitators to gather feedback and create buy-in. Once you have a few "cheerleaders," it gets easier to scale it to more programs and facilitators. I was also working at a mobile cell phone provider, so there was a priority on going paperless where ever we could. However, we also included PDF versions of the Rise facilitator guides within the Rise version. That gave those who had a strong preference for pen and paper to have a printable version. It was a huge win for our instructional design teams because Rise is so much easier to maintain with updates than PPT or Word.
