I tried it and it would only do one question at a time and I had to include the question in the prompt. Then it would give me the feedback but I had to copy and paste each into the feedback fields.

When I change the Feedback to By Choice, the layers with the different feedback doesn't automatically show up. When I add layers, it's not allowing me to select a feedback master. Any idea what's going on with trying to change the feedback to "By Choice."
