Hi AlyssaGomez !
I'm trying to add questions to a question bank in Rise. When I click the Add to Question Bank button in the settings of the quiz question, it gives me a dialog box titled "Add to question bank". The "ADD TO BANK" button is grayed out, I'm sure, waiting for me to tell it which bank to add it to. But the blank in the middle of the dialog box is inaccessible. I can't type in it (if it's even a blank).
I use question banks all the time in Storyline, not so much in Rise. What am I missing?
Hi IldikoN! Try creating a new, blank question bank first. You can do this from the Rise 360 dashboard by clicking the Question Banks tab, then click New Bank.
Once the bank is created, you should be able to add new quetion
