In the video tutorial for Week 2: Practice 6, there's a Rise course with a whole bunch of AI image style prompts. I would love to get my hands on a copy of this! Any chance there's somewhere it's been shared? Thanks!
I'll ask David if we have a copy of that course. If we do, I'll share it with you here!
NicoleDugdale Here is the link to that AI Image Prompts Rise course!

Thanks Alyssa for sharing. However, this is a different course than what appears in the video for Week 2: Practice 6.

Hello and happy Friday!!! I was wondering f you can take a course you have already started working on, and use it as content in an new, AI created course? So, the course I started before taking this class is about 3/4 way done. I would like to refine it. I was thinking about creating a brand new AI course, and along with other documents (word docs, pdf's, PP's, etc) that I have, use the course I created to use for content. Is that possible? If so, how can we grab to started course, and plug it into the new AI course? Thanks in advance!!!!
Hi CarrieWatson yes, you can do that! Simply publish the original Rise course as a PDF. Then, upload the PDF as source documentation for the new Rise course.

Another option would be to make the new course and then copy over the lessons/blocks that you already created into the AI course. Or go the other way around.
We have a very specific template set up for our courses, so what I often do is make the AI course and then make a copy of a course with our template. I'll then copy the AI lessons into the course with the template. Saves me LOADS of reformatting time. And this way if I play around with a lot of the blocks, I still have the original AI generated version to go back to if needed.

AlyssaGomez Is there an upcoming cohort in the near future? I returned from vacation this week and wasn't able to complete my training in advance of this week's activities. The training is now done and I'm interested in joining this cohort or the next available one. Thank you!
Hi ElizabethBar667! This cohort isn't over yet! It ends on August 14. We built the cohort with lots of flexibility in mind, knowing that most people won't be available for the full two-week window.
The activities take only about 4 hours total, and most are self-paced practice. There's just one hands-on challenge that needs to be submitted. You're welcome to complete everything next week if that works for you!
And don't worry if you need a little extra breathing room toward the end—I usually add a little more flexibility to accommodate that. :)

I do not appear to have access to the AI assistant in order to practice what is being shared in the videos. Can I get temporary or trial access?
Hi gbooth1280 you would need to request AI Assistant access from your Articulate 360 admin at your organization.

I wanted to add a sound effect into my RISE course and noticed that this is not available. Went into Storyline to create it for my course, but I was wondering if AI sound effects might be included in a future RISE release.
Hey Russell, I'm not sure if that's currently part of the roadmap, but you can join the Labs group (or suggest it as an idea) to find out more!

I see on step 8 of the week 2 hands-on challenge, it says to "Open any of the lessons and refine them..."
Does that mean we only need to make the step 8 changes to just one of the three lessons? Or should the finished course have the changes applied to all of the lessons?Good question, DavidNichols-39! You only need to make the 8 changes in just one of the lessons. Most people choose to make the changes in the first lesson. I hope that helps!

Hi there, Scott663! Even after viewing your screenshots, I'm having a little trouble envisioning your workflow. If this feels buggy to you, could you please record a short screen recording video and send it to our support team using this form?

I submitted a screen recording of the issue. It does appear to be a bug as it consistently does this. Thanks!

The email for my Articulate account is different than the one I use on LinkedIn. I am getting an error message when nI try to create my Credly account. Please help!
Hi RussellEngoran! Would you like us to send your Credly badge to your personal email address? If so, please email us the details at [email protected] and we can take care of that for you.

I'm trying to add questions to the (a?) question bank but the "Add to bank" button is grayed out. I don't see a way to specify or create a new question bank. To be honest, I don't use Rise very much, but I do use Question Banks in Storyline all the time. What am I missing?
Hi IldikoN just acknowledging that I answered your question above!

AlyssaGomez My Company has restrictions on us sharing anything publicly. Is it fine if I submit my final product through the link provided but not share it in the Cohort Group? I am also just discovering I am blocked from accessing the form to submit the final product. I am hoping I am able to submit another way and obtain certification.
MelissaRaynor Yes, it's fine if you submit your final product to me without sharing it publicly in the cohort group. However, I would love if you could provide some feedback to 1 or 2 of your fellow group members!
Since the submission link I provided is blocked, you can submit your hands on challenge to me via email rather than using the form. Simply send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "AI Cohort Hands-on Challenge Submission."
Then, answer the following 3 questions from the form:
- Rise Quick Share Link
- What’s one AI technique (a feature or a prompting strategy) you learned in the cohort that you plan to apply right away in your current projects? Why is this technique helpful for your specific projects?
- If you could request one new AI Assistant feature or improvement in the next 6–12 months, what would it be, and what specific part of your course-building workflow would it change the most?
Optional: What, if anything, would you change or improve about the cohort format?
We’ll reply with confirmation that we have received your submission, and you should receive your Credly badge shortly after that!
