Week 1 Welcome & Introductions

Hi Everyone!

I’m Kristina Miller, and I’m located in Buffalo, NY. I work for M&T Bank as an Instructional Designer. Day-to-day, I’m creating courses for any of our business lines or departments here at the bank—everything from compliance training to on-the-job system training.  

I joined the AI Assistant Certification Cohort to learn more about how I can use AI in my work. I've found that it’s a great thought partner and assistant for many of the projects we work on, and I’m excited to use it directly in our content creation tools now. I’m hoping to learn some best practices that I can use in my work. 

We live in a more rural suburb of Buffalo, so we have many pets...chickens, ducks, fish, a cat, and two mini doxies. In addition to my husband and three kids, it’s pretty much chaos all the time, so I definitely don’t have a picture of anyone sitting nicely and posing. Here are the doxies, Rosie and Poppy, keeping an eye on me at all times.
