Week 1 Welcome & Introductions

Hi Everyone! I'm Erianne, located in Pleasant Prairie, WI, working at Uline. I'm the Quotes Training Specialist, and part of my job includes designing training for our Quote Reps on products, sales skills, and procedures.

I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort to improve my current skills in Rise and to start a foundation for Storyline (still a newbie for Storyline). I'm looking to level up my training and increase my knowledge of the two programs.
