Week 1 Welcome & Introductions
Janet Carroll, located in Pennsylvania outside of Philadelphia (Bensalem, PA). I work for Lakeview Loan Servicing (Mortgage Origination and Servicing) as an Instructional Designer for the past 5 years. I mostly work with Underwriters to create and update training materials. Most of the materials are training documents that support eLearning developed and assigned in our LMS system. I joined the AI Assistant Certification Cohort to develop AI skills to help create self-paced training materials. I’m hoping to use the AI skills to make the training more engaging and interactive.
I have no pets. I do have a grand-dog, a Labrador retriever, Maverick.
I spent almost 20 years in mortgage as an underwriter and then a trainer. It's a crazy industry.
