Good Morning, My name is Hilary Fryman, RN, and I am the nurse educator for the TN Department of Health Newborn Screening Follow-up Program. I am very interested in instructional design and am toying with the idea of obtaining my master's in instructional design from WGU. I'd love any feedback on Instructional Design- the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have created several training modules for our nurses and I am excited to learn new tricks to improve the modules for our team. I will also be working on module training for hospitals, PCPs, midwives, and Health Departments. I have 5 chickens that are complete nuisances but I love them. Tried to upload the pictures but it didn't like the format :) Any who looking forward to learning more in Articulate.

    Hey Hilary! I'm also in TN, I hope you've gotten a bit of a break from the heat dome.

    We have a handful of other nurse educators in ELH (AhmedAlkiady, Jess, and Tina come to mind). I hope you get to connect with them!

    I hope this cohort helps build up your repertoire of tricks, medical education requires such care and accuracy that I can only imagine how long each training takes to build
