Hello! My name is Madelyn and I am an Instructional Design Manager at Lakeview Loan Servicing. I work remotely in PA. My day-to-day is often heavy on the technical writing side. We create reference guides, job aids, ILT decks, Kahoots, and eLearning courses for the internal audience of Originations employees (from Loan Processors to Title Oversight folks, to Insurance Reviewers). I am most excited to learn how to leverage AI in the image design capacity. I don't have any real pets at the moment, but I am huge Pokémon nerd, so here's my current buddy, Mimikyu, in Augmented Reality mode.
