Hello! I'm Taryn Richardson, joining from Saint Louis, Missouri. I am a L&OD Consultant at Equifax - my day-to-day consists of designing training programs and curriculums, facilitating workshops, and partnering with HR and leadership to help employees grow and develop.
I joined this cohort because I want to stay ahead of the technological curve in the L&D space. I'm really hoping to learn how to use AI to speed up my design process, gain some hands-on practice with the Articulate AI tools, and create more engaging content for our teams!
