Week 1 Welcome & Introductions
Hi! My name is Jo, I am located in Northwest Indiana, and I have worked for Franciscan Alliance for 23 years. I am the lead educator of our IS Business Apps Training Team. One of my main tasks is to create CBTs for ServiceNow for our end users. I love using Articulate for this, and AI has really saved me time!
I joined the AI cohort because our company recently decided to add on the AI features to our Articulate license. I'm hoping to become better with using the available AI tools :)
Our family has two dogs and a cat that we adopted :)
