Hi Barb! This seems like it might have been a stressful year for your department, but what a cool and important field to be in.
I hear you about being wary of losing independence in your work while also wanting to use tools that help save time- I hope the cohort helps you find a balance you're comfortable with!
Food safety will always present challenges. I work with incredibly dedicated staff who make food-safety a priority. It's not always easy, but they're wonderful people and I'm honored to support them and call them friends.
