Hi everyone! TGIF!
I'm Kaitlin. I live in Alabama working for an insurance company. I love developing people! The consultation part of talent development/management is my favorite! Our team also develops on-demand training frequently and I'm looking for more efficiency and ways to keep learners' engaged. I have a suburban zoo, two cats and two dogs (dogs pictured below, Goose and Lettie Lu). I love them all! 😍
