- Hello, my name is Brian - and I'm a Sr. Product Trainer and Instructional Designer for Duck Creek Technologies. We build training for all of our P & C insurance platforms. I've been using Articulate for about 3 years and am excited to get training in some specific areas of its AI functionality. I heavily utilize RISE and Storyline to build out simulations and scenario based trainings.
