Hi ... my name is Shalini. I live in Chennai, India and I work as a part of a Learning & Development team. My role includes partnering with teams to understand their learning needs, creating and delivering content. I love putting things together (lego, jigsaws, etc.), so it feels like Instructional Design is a natural choice 🙃
