Week 1 Welcome & Introductions
Hi everyone!
I'm Shimell from Atlanta, GA. 🍑 I work as an Instructional Designer for a Georgia state agency, where I design and develop learning experiences, create training materials, and help employees expand their knowledge, develop new skills, and add practical tools to their professional toolbox so they can be successful in their roles.
I'm excited to be part of this cohort in a different role! I participated in the previous cohort as a learner, and this time I'm thrilled to be serving as a peer guide. I'm looking forward to connecting with many of you, hearing about what you learn, and discovering your biggest takeaways throughout the program. I can't wait to see the creative projects everyone develops during the final week. Good luck and have fun!
