Week 1 Welcome & Introductions

My name is Matt Ream, and I'm a Learning Program Manager at Legacy Health in Portland, OR. I work in the IT org and we write training and support resources for Legacy's business applications.

While I've been an Articulate user for 10+ years, Legacy is new to Articulate so I provide a lot of "Getting Started" and technical support to our medical content authors. I've been testing AI Assist in my own, but I wanted to attend an official training to learn from others and get a certification badge to help announce to my colleagues that we are here to help them develop their own Articulate skills! I always come away from every Articulate webinar or self-paced training with something new, so I'm excited to see what I'll learn from this certification. 

This is my officemate, River, from last Halloween when he dressed up as a traffic light. He's amazing at keeping my feet warm under my desk, but is not so great at developing training content. Maybe AI Assistant could help him?
