Week 1 Welcome & Introductions

Hi everyone! I’m Josh Hayes, and I’m located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I work at Sanford Health, the USA's largest rural health care provider, as a Learning and Development Specialist. Most days, I'm translating complex information into clear and engaging training, reviewing courses for quality and accuracy, and finding creative solutions to learning challenges.

I joined the AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I’m excited about the potential for AI to become a practical partner in everyday work and training. I’m especially interested in creating experiences that can support learning design and make complex work easier for both employees and learners.

And this is Daisy, our Belgian Malinois-Labrador mix! She is an important part of our family and frequently keeps me company while I work from home. 🐕
