Hi, I'm Mary Adams! I live in Eugene, Oregon and I work for Lane County. My official title is a "Data Analyst" for the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). In order for agencies to receive funding to help the homeless, they often have to agree to put the information of their clients into HMIS so we can use the data to figure out what is working best, how the county should best spend it's money on homeless services, and to judge the effectiveness of programs. I do some data analysis, but my main job is to train the people at the agencies how to use our antiquated system. I make one-page quick guides, write articles, create infographics helping people understand the system and the results better, as well as run in-person and virtual trainings. However, my favorite part is creating interactive trainings using Storyline. I have a series of escape rooms complete with stickers that can be earned for each one. They help people practice the more difficult aspects of the data entry.
I use AI for images, videos, text-to-speech, and I tried a little bit of vibe-coding but I'm still not great at writing prompts to get the information I need. I am interested in practicing more so that I can be comfortable using the AI assistant. I'm hoping it can help automate some of the more tedious parts of entering in triggers and images when I create trainings in Storyline.
Hey MaryAdams_HMIS! We have a few members in ELH who have great examples and write ups around vibe coding and code block libraries that may help you (SMcNicol, DShaw, AkshayKdwl to name a few). Your escape room builds sound amazing!
I hope the cohort helps with your automation goals, I can imagine how tedious it gets with the outdated system explanations

Hi folks! My name is Tai, and I’m an Instructional Designer at a school that trains imaging technologists within a large healthcare organization. While I’m often mistaken for the IT department, my real passion is educational technology and creating engaging learning experiences. With the rapid growth of AI, there’s much to explore!
My reasons for joining the cohort are to build confidence in using AI Assistant for content creation, to enhance training modules, and strengthen my AI skills as an instructional designer. I'm excited to be part of this cohort and looking forward to learning alongside all of you.
I work from home a couple days a week and my micromanager, Reggie is always there to supervise.
Get back to work!!- JennieHartman-ePeer Guide
Halloween kitty! Very nice! Welcome to the group! I view this AI tool as my assistant to help me get my brain on track, come up with new ideas, and deliver content in a new way. Hope it helps out, and Reggie doesn't get offended you have a new helper :)

Hi all,
I am Sheny, located in California. I work for as a Quality Control Specialist for a company that creates training for healthcare facilities.
Through the AI Cohort I hope to learn more about the AI features available within both Storyline and Rise. I've used some of the AI features but I am interested in learning how else I can improve my process.
Looking forward to learning!- JennieHartman-ePeer Guide
This tool helps me out substantially with regulated content that is so dry and boring you want to sleep through it. - This tool will bring some life to that - trust me! Great things will happen. Have a great time!!

Welcome! I was able to visit the Valais Canton a few years ago by Sierre. It was September so I got to see the désalpe in one of the villages which was a bucket list item.
I hope you enjoy the cohort, especially if you already have a familiarity. I find that helps give you the ability to take a deeper dive.

My name is Miriam Jesson, and I'm based in India. I work at Deel as an Enablement Coordinator within the Instructional Design team.
I'm relatively new to Instructional Design, and I'm at an inflection point where AI is reshaping how we think about learning design and delivery. I want to move beyond general AI literacy into practical, structured expertise—specifically around how to meaningfully integrate AI assistants into our enablement strategies at Deel. I see this cohort as a way to build that capability intentionally, rather than figuring it out ad hoc.
