I'm Victor. I work for an insurance company as an Instructional Designer where I'm accompanied by two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who snore under my desk all day. Spent the last 15 years in L&D, and love using Articulate. Looking forward continuing to find new and exciting ways to keep our learners engaged.

Hi victor_vโ I also have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He's a tricolor and be lays under my feet in the craziest positions. Prior to him, I had a black and tan. I love this breed!

Hello everyone, My name is Sheila and I am located in Michigan. I work for the University of California Santa Cruz as their Instructional Design Librarian.
I joined this cohort to learn how AI could help us with accessibility considerations for online learning. We don't have an in-house expert (yet) so I see this as a tool for us to build more inclusive content.
I share my life with 4 wonderful kitties. Here is one of them, Rin, who had an amazing Halloween photoshoot a few years back :)

We have two voids ourselves! Rin is absolutely gorgeous.

Hi everyone! My name is Taylor Grain, and Iโm an Instructional Designer based in Charlotte, North Carolina. I work for a medical school where I develop online learning and training programs for public health professionals.
Iโm excited to learn more about how AI can be leveraged within Articulate and to explore other tools that can enhance the learning experience. My goal is to create the most effective, engaging, and impactful learning products possible for my learners. I look forward to learning from everyone and sharing ideas throughout this experience!
I have one fur baby, London, who loves posing for glamour shots.

Hi everyone! I'm Erica, based in Alabama, where I work as a Senior Associate in Compliance for an insurance company. My day-to-day focuses on designing and managing compliance training, supporting regulatory initiatives, and finding ways to make required training more engaging and effective for employees.
I joined the AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I'm excited to learn new and creative ways to use AI to enhance learning experiences and improve content development workflows.
Meet Gracie, my four-year-old rescue Malshi (Maltese/Shih Tzu mix)! She's usually not far from my side when I'm working from home.
Looking forward to learning with everyone and seeing how you're using AI in your own roles!

Gracie has such human eyes and smile in this picture! I love it.
You'll definitely appreciate this cohort because the AI Assistant really does a great job with improving workflows. Takes work that might be hours long down to minutes.

Hello from Scottsdale, AZ (USA)! I'm Director of Training Development (but also a contributor/developer myself). I work for Vitalant, a blood and biotherapies provider in multiple states. I manage a team of 5 Instructional Designers and we're all at varying level of comfort in the AI Assistant tools of Articulate, and I wanted to learn more about it. ๐
My fur babies are Biscuit: male brown collie-chihauhua mix and Daisy: female white (ish?) papillon-chihuahua mix. They're both rescues. We've had them just over 10 years and they were estimated to be around 2 years old when we adopted them, so they spend a lot of time sleeping nowadays. We're pretty sure their ends are near (which we're not looking forward to ๐ข), but we certainly love them while we have them.โฅ๏ธ

Hi everyone, ๐
I'm Maria, the Learning Specialist at Conyers/Codan in Toronto, Canada. I lead onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives across the firm, helping employees build the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles.
I joined this cohort to learn how AI can help me build more engaging, user-friendly learning experiences in Rise and make content development more efficient.
Looking forward to learning from everyone!๐
Hey Maria! Does your role technically fall under HR? Onboarding and PD seem to be housed in so many different departments.
I hope the cohort helps you find the efficiency you're looking for! I can't wait to hear what features are most helpful to you.
- mgonsantosCommunity Member
Yes, it does!
I'm loving the "create an image prompt". I didn't know it could be that easy!

Hello there! My name's David and I'm working out of the Fort Worth, TX area. I'm in safety within the warehousing environment, so there's always tons to work on. These days, I'm mainly creating and distributing outreach or education materials.
The situations and sites we operate in are quite varied, which leads to the need for a lot of case-specific content. I'm hoping the AI assistant can help with keeping our output up but still ensure the content is tailored to each individual need.
Although I've got no pets of my own, the roommate has two pups that hang out with me as I work. They're about as introverted as I am though, so they've hidden themselves away.

Iโm looking forward to learning new ways to use AI within Articulate to create more engaging learning experiences, improve development efficiency, and discover practical tips I can apply to my training projects.
I'm looking forward to learning from everyone and seeing the creative ways you're using AI in your work! And this is Mika (our rescue from Wisconsin).

Hi Everyone!
Iโm Kristina Miller, and Iโm located in Buffalo, NY. I work for M&T Bank as an Instructional Designer. Day-to-day, Iโm creating courses for any of our business lines or departments here at the bankโeverything from compliance training to on-the-job system training.
I joined the AI Assistant Certification Cohort to learn more about how I can use AI in my work. I've found that itโs a great thought partner and assistant for many of the projects we work on, and Iโm excited to use it directly in our content creation tools now. Iโm hoping to learn some best practices that I can use in my work.
We live in a more rural suburb of Buffalo, so we have many pets...chickens, ducks, fish, a cat, and two mini doxies. In addition to my husband and three kids, itโs pretty much chaos all the time, so I definitely donโt have a picture of anyone sitting nicely and posing. Here are the doxies, Rosie and Poppy, keeping an eye on me at all times.
I love this picture so much, it reminds me of worms on a string in the best way ๐
