Hi folks! I focused my efforts on modifying Lesson 1- I didn't change Lessons 2 or 3.
3 changes:
- Custom AI generated images using custom style. I thought about what type of image would be inviting and encourage engagement. I used a prompt from David's example video.
- Modifying content by using the AI editor. This helped me use more plain language, simplify ideas, and get the point across in less words.
- Adding in interactivities. I added in a quiz, process, and sorting blocks to promote engagement.
AI feature:
- I liked being able to use instant convert. In my regular day to day, I don't get the chance to use this function as all content is locked in before development. I can't change content after approval, so I had fun playing around with the features that do the editing work for you.
Challenge:
- I don't always trust AI! I found it challenging as I wasn't familiar with the original course content- which meant I wasn't sure if the AI edits and instant converts were accurate to the original meaning.

I hear you Nicole! Being confident that you know the material enough to catch/fix any hallucinations is a crucial part of being comfortable with these tools, IMO. I hope this practice made the process at least familiar enough that you felt like you learned what to look for when you use it in your work.
