3 main changes:

1. Used AI to rewrite several content blocks, making them more engaging and easier to read.
2. Applied the Instant Convert feature to update layouts and organize content using list formats.
3. Replaced images with visuals that better represented group size and participant positioning to improve clarity and realism.

Most Valuable AI Feature:

In Rise, I found that I liked both the AI image editing capabilities and the Instant Convert tool the best.  The ability to quickly transform content into different block layouts is a huge plus for Instant Convert. This will help streamline the design process and ideas for organizing content more effectively.  As for the AI image editing capabilities, this feature made it possible to fine-tune visuals better to align with the course design. Through using the tool, I learned that the quality of the results is heavily dependent on the specificity of the prompt. The more detailed and precise the description, the more accurately the AI can generate or improve the image to meet the desired outcome.

Challenges:

Learning how to effectively use the new AI features in Rise. While the tools offer significant benefits, it took time to explore the various options and understand how to craft specific prompts to achieve the desired results. With additional practice, I expect to use these features more efficiently to create more engaging and impactful training materials.
