I specifically made changes to the key terms in the Introduction to reflect terms used within the course, utilized multiple AI-generated images throughout the lessons (incorporating specific prompts) and changed the tone and made it shorter in various lessons throughout the course (I also used the instant convert several times). I used ‘watercolor’ specific images within the second lesson. I liked the additional details that the watercolor images include, but I would lean towards either using the watercolor or photorealistic consistently throughout the course if this were not for testing / demonstration.
There is a lot of value to all the tools, so it is difficult to pick one. If I narrowed it to a couple of them, I would say the quiz generation and the AI outline / content layout using the source material could be the biggest timesavers. There is still a good amount of review and re-designing with the use of the source content, but I felt both gave a strong starting point.
It seemed that AI wanted to produce many similar images when using the content from the course as parts of the prompts. Most images would have been of teams at a table or standing in a room if the more specific prompting and custom styles weren’t applied.
I really love how your course turned out. Your images that contained text turned out really well. I find I still struggle to get those just right, but that might be a patience thing on my part.
I also agree, there is a tendency to pull the same sort of image from the AI. I assume it has to do with the library being limited (where the model pulls info from). I believe you will be able to tweak the image creation even more, so if you like one element of the image, but you want to change something about it slightly you can clarify what you need in the next image generation.
