Hello All,
I tried to make a new block, but I faced a challenge in uploading a proper source file because my file was in RTF mode and not in.doc format, and the source couldn't be accepted. Other cosmetic changes were easy to handle. Thanks.

In the meantime, you might find in the future that you are able to convert the RTF document into at least a PDF by doing the "print to PDF" trick. That's how I can get some conversions to work without losing too much information.Hi dsdcruze​ and giveitathought​! Thanks for tagging me here!
