Week 2 - Group 3 Discussion
Hi! I'm sharing my link to the course.
Three changes I made:
- I shortened text-heavy sections to make the content easier to scan.
- I added interactive blocks and reflection questions to encourage active participation.
- I generated images in a consistent visual style to create a more cohesive experience.
These changes made the course more engaging, visually consistent, and relevant to managers.
Most valuable AI feature: AI image generation was the most valuable because it helped me create relevant visuals quickly. I was surprised by how much the results improved with detailed, consistent prompts.
Challenges: Maintaining the same visual style across all images was challenging. I had to refine my prompts and generate several variations to achieve consistent results.
I really love the color palette you chose (the maroon is a lovely shade). I might encourage a little more image use to help liven it up, but this is such a low-stakes project, it is not imperative. I understand that getting the images just right can be challenging.
Once I got the image prompts I liked, I started to save them in a "library" off to the side so I wouldn't have to remember what I prompted for the next course. Or if colleague asked, I could provide the information to them.
One feature I found that helped me, this is me sharing and is not commenting on your course because your course looks fine, was utilizing the "tone" aspect of the AI Assistant. I am extremely verbose, and so having the AI Assistant converting my tone to be more consistent or concise was the most useful when I went through the cohort.
I hope you found this useful and enjoyed the cohort and will be able to use the AI Assistant moving forward.
