Hi everyone! I'm so excited to get to know each of you over the next few weeks! 👋 I'm Alyssa, the Training Program Manager at Articulate. I've been so fortunate to be a part of the Articulate team for the past 10 years, and I love teaching our customers new and creative ways to use our tools.
I'm located in Bellingham, WA 🌲 but I'm a native Texan at heart. I share my home office with two cuties, Basil (airedale terrier) and Remi (wirehaired pointer). I'd love to see photos of your pets, as well!
I'm excited to dive in to the AI Assistant with you next week!

Hello everyone, my name is Dan and I am an Instructional Designer with the CPG ID Team. I wanted to be a part of the cohort to be able to stay current with the ever-changing world of Instructional Technology/Design as well as gain proficiency with AI tools that are available to us. This is Ms. Phoenix, she is a black lab and her favorite activities include frisbee, treats, and making sure Dad stay on schedule for her breaks and treats.
Hi there, dcox370! Excited you're here! How long have you been using Articulate tools? Do you typically prefer using Rise or Storyline?

Good Morning AlyssaGomez I have been working in Articulate since around 2013/14, I received a certificate from ATD in 2016. I have more design time in Storyline and like the added depth of tools, but like the ease and quickness of design in Rise, just wish it was easier to manipulate some of the blocks in Rise.

Hello! My name is Gail Kuestersteffen and I'm a Senior Compliance Analyst for Koch Capabilities, but I support Koch Minerals & Trading/Koch Ag & Energy Solutions for all things training related. My main function is training administration, but I work with all areas of the business, from fertilizer plants to office employees, and frequently get asked to create new content. This can amount to really quick courses to multiple lesson content.
I joined this certification cohort to (hopefully) learn how to do all things related to content easier.
I have one dog at home and while I don't have any pictures of her handy, she's a 12-year-old doberman/golden retriever mix who is an 80lb lap dog (whenever she can get away with it).
Welcome, gailkues! Excited you've joined this cohort! I don't think I've seen a doberman/golden retriever mix, but I bet she's beautiful! If you do get a photo in the future, be sure to come back and share it with me.

Hi everyone! My name is Cindy Chamberlain, Instructional Design Manager for the CPG L&D Team. I'm excited to be part of this AI Cohort. I'm especially interested in how AI can be a practical, responsible partner in learning design - helping us work smarter, improve learner experience, and create more international solutions.
I joined this cohort to learn from others, share ideas, and explore ways to apply AI in real L&D workflows.
Looking forward to learning together!
You've come to the right place, CindyChamber482! Glad you're here 😊

Hello! My name is Ryan Dykstra, Training Specialist for Molex. I am part of the quality department, and a big part of my role is making sure that our audits go well. We have a AS9100 Aerospace Certification and there are strict guidelines that need to be followed for training.
I have a good amount of experience with GenAI and am excited to dive deeper into using it with Articulate! I am looking forward to learning more about different ways of using AI with the Articulate software.
I have a cat at home 😸
So happy you've joined the cohort, Ryan! What tool have you been primarily using for building content -- Rise or Storyline?
- Ryan_DykstraCommunity Member
Hi Alyssa! The main tool that I use for building content is Storyline. One of the main things I use it for is taking PowerPoint presentations that the quality department creates and converting them into videos/classes.

Hello everyone!
I’m Makayla Ross, an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer. I support Learning and Development initiatives across Koch, with a strong focus on Compliance & Ethics and EH&S. My work varies day‑to‑day, which is one of the things I enjoy most about my role. On any given day, you might find me scoping projects with SMEs, designing courses, building storyboards, consulting with teams, creating graphics, or editing videos.
I joined this cohort to deepen my understanding of the AI tools and features now integrated into Articulate and to learn how to make the most of them. I’m excited to learn alongside all of you and collaborate throughout this experience.
And finally, meet Turbo, my furry family member.

Hi everyone! My name is Marcos Carreras, and I work at Brunswick Cellulose in Georgia as a Learning & Development Manager supporting the Fiberline team. I manage and support our training programs to ensure our teams have the skills they need to succeed.
I joined this cohort to learn more about Articulate and AI and how it can help accelerate and improve my day-to-day work in L&D. I’ve been in the learning and development field for over 20 years, and I’m excited to learn from the instructor and from all of you. Looking forward to the course!
Im including a picture of my little kids: Leyla and Max!
So glad you're here, mcarreras! It sounds like you've been in the e-learning industry for a while! Have you been using Articulate for many years? If so, my favorite question is, which version of Storyline did you first use?
- JaitynCommunity Member
Hi all! My name is Jaityn and I've been with Koch for 4 years now. Currently I am a communications specialist, and in my role / prior roles I've focused on end user training and communication for HR projects. Although Articulate is less of my responsibilities these days, I joined the cohort to stay up to date on the tool and learn how I can best use it in future projects. I'm a native texan, and currently live in the DFW area, working from our new Plano, TX office. This is Maggie, my 6-year-old mini schnauzer. Looking forward to learning over the next few weeks!
Welcome to the cohort, Jaityn! Please tell Maggie that I'm an Aggie, too!
