What prompts are you using Articulate AI Assistant to ensure content is written at an appropriate reading level (e.g., grade 8) and uses modern, inclusive language?

Will we see any AI video features for Rise in the near future?
- AlyssaGomez27 days agoStaff
DianneTomko-228 yes, you can test the AI Avatars (video) feature in Labs now!

When the AI tutor is turned on in a RISE course that is published for an LMS where does the provided chat answer content come from? Is it from content taken directly from the course or is it open sourced from sources outside the course?
- AlyssaGomez27 days agoStaff
ElizabethArchib the answers are pulled only from the course content, not any external sources or from the web.

How do we prevent AI from creating more content instead of creating better learning?
- AlyssaGomez27 days agoStaff
Ivan_Groe the more specific you can be in your initial prompt, the better. Try this course description structure I shared with Edward above, and you can add more detail here to be even more specific about the course you want to create.
Create a training about.... By the end of this course, learners should know how to...Include a lesson for each of these items:
- Topic 1
- Topic 2
- Topic 3
Learning Objectives (Bloom’s Aligned)
- Create 3–5 learning objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Use measurable, action-oriented verbs.
For the tone, please keep it [conversational/professional/friendly] to align with the brandAudience: [insert audience here]

Is the information from the courses we create using AI used to continue training the AI?
- AlyssaGomez27 days agoStaff
Good question Yoli! No, we never use your content or data to train our AI model. You can read more about that here.

Can the AI assistant support accessibility needs, such as plain language, heading structure, alt text, and clear interaction instructions?
- AlyssaGomez27 days agoStaff
Hi Ivan_Groe the AI Assistant can handle instructions about text, so "plain language, heading structure, and clear interaction instructions" should work. However, it won't be able to control alt text.

I seem to have the issue when creating a course from scratch using the 'Create from AI' button and adding my documents, the information is a bit scattered and doesn't capture the main points as i would have. I see the cogwheel feature to 'make this document the main source' but any other tips? Sometimes I prefer to make my own outline and use the AI features for formatting, images etc

Hi EdwardPark great question. Try using this structure in the "describe your course" field:
Create a training about.... By the end of this course, learners should know how to...
Include a lesson for each of these items:
- Topic 1
- Topic 2
- Topic 3
Learning Objectives (Bloom’s Aligned)
