Hello! I'm Michelle, I'm based in the West of Ireland and I'm the training specialist and instructional designer for a small social enterprise called Grow Remote. I take care of everything to do with training and elearning, from start to finish. I've a science background and before this role I worked in pharma as an analytical chemist and then an instructional designer and training specialist.
I've a strong background in Storyline but these days I use mostly Rise. I'm proactively making sure I stay up to date with AI developments in our space as I've a long way to go until retirement, so this cohort is a great way to get some recognition for these skills. I work from home where I'm kept company by Laurie (top) and Kylie (bottom).
