Week 1 Welcome & Introductions

Hi everyone! So excited to be here! 😊

I’m Bridget, based in Chicago. I’m a Senior Instructional Designer at the Coca-Cola Retail Institute, and I’ve been working in L&D for almost 10 years now. I get to build learning experiences—from shaping curriculum and creating training programs to partnering with subject matter experts and turning complex ideas into practical, engaging content. Day-to-day, I’m usually translating “this is complicated” into “this actually makes sense” and tweaking things based on feedback to make them even better.

I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I’m really curious about how AI can level up learning design—especially when it comes to making things more personalized, efficient, and scalable. I’ve already been using it, but I’m excited to go deeper and learn how to use it more thoughtfully and effectively in my work.

Bonus: I have a dog named Murphy who definitely keeps life interesting!
