Hi everyone! I'm Michelle Catalano. I'm a Senior Training Consultant at Wolters Kluwer. I'm responsible for creating a delivering both in-person and online training, although in the past 3 years, it's heavily in the online training. I've used the AI Assistant but I know there are things I am missing and I want to know tips and tricks from fellow trainers.
