Hi, I'm Carolyn! I'm currently an instructional designer for customer service training at Uline. My team & I create & maintain digital & in-classroom training programs for about 1,000 Customer Service Reps across North America (we have locations in the US, Canada & Mexico). I joined the cohort to sharpen my skills & become more familiar with all the cool new AI features!
I live & work in southeast WI & this is my rescue mutt Kingston!
