Hi everyone!

I'm Sean Wright, based on the Space Coast of Florida. 🚀

I work at Blue Origin as an Instructional Designer. My day-to-day involves blending instructional design (with the help of generative AI tools of course! 😜) to build engaging technical training programs.

I joined this cohort because I am fascinated by the intersection of AI and L&D. I'm hoping to sharpen my AI literacy and learn new, practical ways to integrate AI into instructional systems and performance analytics... especially with Articulate tools.

No pets, but I have a 3 year old that keeps my wife and I quite busy. His name is Sevan!

      Hey, AlyssaGomez​. Appreciate the welcome—that's a great question! My team focuses on technical training, while another team handles soft skills. However, we often look for opportunities to include these skills (where appropriate) in our technical training, as it’s a great way to reinforce Leadership Principles.
